Starters

Cream of tomato and basil soup finished with basil oil

Choice of chilled fruit juice

Pasta Carbonara(pasta with a mushroom, bacon and garlic cream sauce)

Fresh Newlyn Crab and Prawn Cocktail with drambuie, horseradish
and cream sauce

 

Main Courses

Roast Loin of Cornish Pork with Apricot seasoning and Cider flavoured gravy

Baked Whole Sea-Bream filled with prawns and mushrooms finished with beurre noisette

Vegetarian Lasagne (selection of vegetables in a tomato and herb sauce layered with a cheese sauce between pasta sheets)

 

Desserts

Cornish Crème brulee

Profiteroles with chocolate sauce

Meringue nest with Cornish vanilla ice cream and various berries

Bread and butter pudding

Selection of Cornish ice creams.
